Chef Hung continues to specialize in culinary industry. After 25 years of accumulation and hardening, he has developed a variety of exclusive noodles and special techniques, as well as beef peripheral products, frozen preparation packs, beef jerky, and chili sauce.

Chef Hung builds our own central kitchen. The products are produced in a large scale, cooperated with high-quality ingredient suppliers, and using professional equipment and technology to standardize the cooking process and ensure the consistency of meal quality.

What seems like a humble and familiar dish in Taiwan has become a sensation overseas. Chef Hung Beef Noodle has expanded rapidly, opening branches in the United States, Canada, Hong Kong, and Mainland China.

Chef Hung’s founder and head chef, Jin-Long Hung, not only played a pivotal role as the mastermind behind the inception of the "International Beef Noodle Festival," but also dedicated himself to developing innovative beef noodle recipes that have consistently won championship titles. His efforts have elevated beef noodle soup to new heights, making it a celebrated dish with widespread recognition.

Promoting Taipei with Authentic Flavors in Seoul

In response to the surge of South Korean free independent travelers (FIT), the Taipei City Department of Tourism and Information, led by its commissioner, joined forces with Taiwan’s “First Love Boyfriend” Greg Hsu and Chef Hung. Together, they hosted a promotional event in Seoul, showcasing Taiwan’s culinary heritage by preparing bowls of authentic beef noodle soup. Crowned as the champion of the 2010 Taipei Beef Noodle Festival, the signature dish “Sole Supremacy” is a braised beef noodle soup infused with soy sauce and doubanjiang.
